Lori Beveridge, founder of Couture Conditioning and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, is a lifelong fitness advocate and practitioner. Lori’s training methods will inspire you and help you establish and reach your fitness goals. Her goal is to motivate individuals to achieve their goals, ranging from senior fitness to weight management to competitive endurance racing. Specializing in progressive teaching methods in an encouraging and fun atmosphere. Lori currently competes in numerous 5K’s and 10K’s, half marathons, triathlons, and marathons, including the Boston Marathon.

Couture Conditioning also offers the following services

Fitness Evaluation A personalized fitness evaluation which includes an interview to determine the clients personal fitness goals, a series of physical tests to determine correct placement and fitness plan specifics, a history of the client’s athletic accomplishments and fitness regimen to date and the production of a report detailing these findings. A $50 value free for all prospective clients.

Personalized Fitness Plan A personalized fitness plan for six weeks. This plan will include cardio, weight, and diet plans to help the client achieve their fitness goal. It will include scheduled sessions with Lori Beveridge. Scheduled fitness measurements will also be performed to track improvement throughout the plan period. A $100 value this fee will be waived when at least 6 coaching sessions are prepaid.

Individualized Coaching Sessions Lori Beveridge will work one on one with clients during their customized fitness workouts to reach their fitness and nutritional goals. She will work to motivate them to achieve their potential, advising them on technique and imparting tips she has learned throughout her athletic pursuits.

Fitness Seminars Lori will schedule quarterly meetings on topics of interest to all clients such as nutritional advice, equipment selection, sports psychology, injury prevention and race/event planning. This will be a free service to current coaching session clients.
