Want to keep your thinking sharp?  Eating vegetables may help, suggest a recent study published in Neurology.  Older people who ate more than two servings of veggies daily appeared about five years younger in tests for mental function than those who ate few or no vegetables.  Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and collards seemed most beneficial.
